In light of the recent ban reports and detection screaming going on after new release i decided to do a test on my own.

After that i have been leveling trial accounts to level 20 since HB went live. So far i have leveled 35-40 accounts in groups of 5. Using kicks profiles.

Seeing that this works well and i am not getting banned i decided to try an old account that have not been active for 6 months. I activated 10 days(wod) and started to level the account from 85 to 90 lv. Did so in one sitting with no breaks the account is still going 48+ hours later.

I even got a token for the old account. Seems everything is working fine for me.

I speculate that Blizzard did not ban all accounts in the banwave but saved a few to be manually investigated and banned later in case of automation once HB is released once again. They did this as scare tactic and to make is think that HB is still detected.
 
Surely you all realize that blizz does not always do instant bans so anybody that is not banned YET doesnt mean a lick at this point

Very true but there are some reports stating bans as soon as HB is attached or after 30 min to 2 hours running.
 
I very much doubt blizzard would waste it's times banning trial accounts..

IMO they wate for the upgrade to come through and them ban you.. As they want your u moneies..

I'm saying that, my bots have been going strong now, ipsince release and not a single ban..today I was sitting down chatting to a Gm whilst I was botting lol..
 
Anyone safely botting on the same bnet as they were just banned from? ie added a new account after being banned?
 
I am still holding onto the theory that the monitoring is part of the Battle.net application. I've personally set it to auto close when I open games.

If you read the topic i linked i had such luck... I could not reach level 15 on a trial account.

Seen 0 proof that it changes anything from me, no extra flagging or any nonsense. Treated as fresh as far as I can tell.

Blizzard is a smart beast, it would surprise me if they would not use such informations, at least as an extra trigger. But we will never know because of the delayed bans they normally do. Who knows, i would not be surprised if everyone that is botting now is already flagged for the next banwave. From the official statements the HB developers are clueless how blizz detected HB so the logical consequence for me is that it is still detectable. But like i said Blizzard is a smart beast and they will not ban people directly with their 5$ Battlechests, they need better statistics after the sub drop, so they will wait, maybe till the next expansion and then bam banwave.

I am safely botting in moderation just lvling same bnet as bot my banned accounts so have all my mounts all my boa's
