Honorbuddy Internet Data usage

Hey i'm new to using Honorbuddy and i realised something today and i was wondering if this was caused by Honorbuddy;


Ever since i download the bot (Yesterday at like 11pm), i had a lot of Internet data usage (arround 11gb to be exact)

Although the transfer was not constant, it happened in bumps

from 12h00 to 1h00 it was 6gb and recently from 12h00 to 13h00.... althought i stopped the bot at 7am this morning.


I didnt have any torrent programs opened.. the data transfer is purely DOWNLOAD so what i want to do know is ;


Does honorbuddy consume a lot of internet data or can i rule this out at 11gb is quite a lot, and the fact that the download isnt constant but in bumps seems quite weird to me.

I just want to know if i can still bot without having to worry about it consuming my internet, so that i can just move on to something else and try to figure out what is the real problem.



Btw, yes my Internet Data is limited per month... so i don't want to pay extra due to my lazy ass wanting to bot and level faster. Thanks

You've been downloading meshes. And probably some other things as well, that's doesn't have to do with HB.

So the average size of a mesh is 300kb. You would have to have downloaded 38,448 meshes to reach 11gb. We only have about 4k the user can access. So you would have had to download all the meshes within 9.5 times to have used 11gb. But we do have occasional connections and path generations from the server to your client, so if we calculate that at 5kb an hour but for the sake of it lets calculate based on 300 kb/hr. That would still take 4.38613 years and that is assuming your bot is going non stop for 4.3 years. There is no way this is honorbuddy.

like 15/20mo an hour, which is what it was doing with the bot from like 1am to 7am, but at 12h00 to 1am there is like a 6gb download as well as from 12pm to 1pm.

I didnt watch porn while letting the bot run, so it can't be it, i wasnt on the computer.

Edit ; Okay so i guess i can rule out Honorbuddy completly? Man i just wish it would freaking tell me what the hell it downloaded... i had nothing opened... and this never happened before.

mesh are the files that Hb downloads on demand,but as Nat said above we are talking about kbs
