honorbuddy install and use issues

I bought Honorbuddy and installed it. When I run the program and put in my username and password I get two messages. First message reads "Please purchase a Buddy Product!" The second message reads "Authentication failed!"
What am I not doing or doing wrong??

You're entering the wrong credentials.
You received a key via EMail. Enter that key in the "Username" field and leave the Password field blank.
