Honorbuddy in Questing mode using TuanHA's DK Combat... not fighting mobs?

Hi all

I am in the Jade Forest running Kicks 85-86 questing profile with TuanHA's DK Combat routine

It's happened quite a lot that when a quest mob/NPC that turns into a fightable mob, my char just doesnt seem to target it and fight it.. instead the other mob just keeps hitting me

Any ideas??
