I've been looking through Honorbuddy and I see people mentioning that they use HB for healing in raids and dungeons. Is there a setting that is used to do this? I've looked through the guides and used the search for a few different terms trying to find something but I don't see what I'm missing out on. I thought maybe it was just a specific routine was needed, but people said they have used Singular too. Whether it's using Raid Bot or Enyo. What do I need to do to use it as a healer?

There's several issues with your post...
1. What class are you playing?
2. What spec are you playing?
3. What botbase are you using?
Yes, the bot can be used for healing...But you need to clarify how you're actually going to be playing the game. Singular will work poorly for anything above questing/dungeon botting with your own team.

Playing Resto Druid
And I'm doing it trying to use Enyo. I've tried with Raid Bot but haven't had success getting it to work either. I realize that most of the healing specific CRs haven't been updated for HB3 but I'd like to get things to actually work because as of now I have had no luck figuring it out.

super bump......lol ......just got back into WOW again and im trying to get back but having a hard time finding routines for legion or for HB3

Tuanha makes routines for all specs in his class CR's. The problem is, it's not very optimized. I know KingWoW makes good priest CR's, but idk anyone else.
I personally have tuanha's druid routine, and healing feels abit wonky. it feels like it isn't following the fight, it can f.ex pop ironbark if the tank takes 1 big hit, then spamheal him to top even though there is no real danger. Mana management is not good either.
I wish Oracle routines came back, they were the best for some classes imo, especially Holy Paladin.

I'm having this same problem with HB3 and all combat routines I've tried (Singular, TuanHA). The bot refuses to heal during combat, but heals fine after and before combat. It's very strange.

If you want to actually be competitive in raids / use HB to top all charts etc you will need to use Paid CR's like TuanHA Druid for example. And then combo them with Combat bot / Enyo / Elite Combat Bot
Part of the struggle I'm facing right now, I never bought any of the paid CRs before HB3 came out and now they can't be bought. So I have no choice but to use Singular for any healing. Once others come out I fully plan on purchasing one (I'm looking at you Oracle!) but I cannot get even Singular to work. I set Enyo up as healer and start it up but it doesn't do anything. I'm just at a loss for what's not right.
As a resto druid, Singular worked fine from when I first started Mythics at <800 ilvl. Obviously, you have to tweak the settings a bit (default spams Healing Touch too much), and manually choose when to use some of the abilities (Flourish, AF ability). Sometimes you have to force a Wild Growth or Regrowth spam in high dmg situations. But, it's not like you can dungeon afk anyways, so it's a case where HB does 90% of the work and you put in the other 10%.
Tried with raidbot instead of Enyo?
HB3 or HB2? (i don't even know why you would use hb2?)
Singular with Raidbot is regular config, so a fresh install would do the trick

I understand that people in this thread are trying to help, but I'm in the same boat.
Bot: HB3 - Combat Bot, Raid Bot, Enyo
CR(s): Singular, TuanHA
Tried adjusting settings, manually targeting, disabling CR movement and a number of other things. It just heals pre-combat and post-combat, but once it enters combat it stops healing. I don't know if it's CR or HB related but it feels like something is not detecting combat properly or something.
I appreciate that some people are using it 'just fine', but it's not working for me (and apparently other people either). I had to go back to using HB2 for dungeons because I simply cannot get HB3 to heal during combat in dungeons. It worked fine in scenarios and other events.
