once its done downloading, right click the file, and click on "Run as Administrator"
when its finished installing restart your machine and see if that does it for you.

Download: Microsoft .NET Framework 4 (Web Installer) - Microsoft Download Center - Download Details
Download: Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x86) - Microsoft Download Center - Download Details

once thats done restart your machine.

not working

yep... i have tried that as well... the first one installed no problems and the 2nd one said it couldnt install becuase a newer version of the c++ something was already installed....
ive pretty much tried everything i can read on the forums in the last 3 days..
out of ideas ...
just annoying was working fine before the update

There might be a problem with .NET Framework or C++ Redistributable.

Please follow these instructions exactly.

Uninstall ALL .NET Frameworks
Uninstall ALL C++ Redistributables
Restart your PC
Run this tool as ADMINISTRATOR - Honorbuddy Wizard

Hopefully this fixes the problem.

zzzz.. ok i uninstalled all of them... reinstalled... restarted.. same problem... after i hit login with the KEY in the box... it just freezes...
