Honorbuddy has stopped working

Hello tony told me to post a thread here about my problem well my dad caught me figuring out his password so i can go on his profile on windows vista to use. now i have to come on mine but Whenever i have my WoW Open i open Honorbuddy and login and it says Buddy sessionso/1 bla bla bla and about 5 seconds later it says "Honorbuddy has stopped working" and I tried it again didnt work relogged didng work.
I have WoW Running D3d9
windowed mode
repaired wow
reinstalled hb
ive done almost everything can anyone help me out? this is a picture of what the problem says it is. Hb problem.webp
do i have to unblock it or something? how do i do that? it might be the problem

WTH lol i went into my config looked it wasnt even in there i clearly looked at every line. IM trying honorbuddy now.
 
i posteed the wrong log that was a week ago. and my new one just says "authenticating" Sessions 0/1 and Just Honorbuddy has stopped working.. i dont know how to fix this.
 
Bump nothing is working net framework is up to date.. nothing is freeking working
 
I am in d3d9 i go into game do /run pring(GetCVar('gxApi')) and it comes up D3D9 i go into my config.wtf and the gxapi section isnt there

The only other thing I know that can cause this is you're running either the WoWclient or Honorbuddy without 'administrator' privileges. To make *certain* this is not the problem, right click on your WoWclient and select "Run as administrator" to launch it. After it is up and running, right click on Honorbuddy and select "Run as administrator to launch it.

If...
* you can't see the "Run as administrator" option when you right-click either program, or
* you don't have permission or know the password to launch the program with administrator privileges
...therein lies your problem. You'll have to discuss the problem with whoever is maintaining the machine.

If it worked in the past, but you can't do this now--your machine's administrator may have altered your privileges.

I did add it then i closed WoW Then reopened then opened the config file and it wasnt there.
 
right click and run wow.exe as admin, and hb.exe as admin, see if that works

Well i do not have administrative privilages right now i do click run as admin but it might be because i have Uac off.

ah, user issue then =(

you can't be on the child account of a computer, always on a parent / admin
