Honorbuddy has encountered a problem

Hello. I have been a customer for a few months, and for the most part I have enjoyed your product fully! unfortunately I have started to run into a couple of problems. The first is that, about a month ago, every time i Ran Honorbuddy to do BGs on my characters, it would do about 4 bgs, and then just stop, and run into a corner and not do anything. this has been happening every time since. I have tried re downloading multiple times to remedy the issue, but it is always the same. it will do about 3-4 bgs, and then just stop quing for them after that and run into a corner. Specifically on my mage, he will just keep casting ice barrier. Now the second issue is, last week i reformatted my computer, and when i Reinstalled Honorbuddy, I originally got the error for "please update your .net framework" So i did that. And now that i have everything up to date, Every time i run honorbuddy and try to login with my key, I get this message:

"Honorbuddy has encountered a problem, Could not load file or assembly "fasmdll_managed.dll" or one of its dependencies. The specified module could not be found. it has a checkbox that says "ignroe this error and attempt to continue" then it gives me the option to send an error report (which doesn't ever send) or "dont send" if i check the "ignore" option, it just sits at "logging in" and if i don't , the program just closes.

I am running windows 7 (not an autorized version, but the version i have always been using, nothing has changed, HB worked fine on this OS before. I have microsoft visual C++ redistributed 64 bit version. and i have .net 4 framework 64 bit downloaded. any ideas?

thanks, but I've already tried that as well. all it does is install the latest versions of .net and microsoft visualC++, both of which i already have. my question is, do you need the x86 (or32 bit version as some would say) for the microsoft visual C++? or does the regular 64 bit version work fine? because I have the 64 bit version downloaded and installed (Because i have a 64 bit operating system)

u'll need the 32 bit version, that's why the programm will install them

EDIT: IT WORKS .thanks! I was unaware that you had to download the 32 bit versions of .NET and C++ visual even if you have a 64 bit OS. TY

yea, it basically runs an sudo emulated 32bit environment inside your 64bit one.

OK cool. so in that case, now that i have it working, can someone please help explain why it is only doing 4 bgs and then going into a random corner in org and just casting ice barrier over and over again on cooldown and not queuing? this started happening about 2 weeks ago. my friend is having the same issue with his. it will do about 3 -4 bgs and then stop quing and just keep rebuffing and casting ice barrier.

its a known bug and it will be fixed on next release
