Honorbuddy gives me error message as soon as opening.

New to honorbuddy, but am familiar with botting. I click on the honorbuddy icon to start it and hit launch and it opens up WoW. I log onto my character and I'm standing there in place. I minimize to honorbuddy and click "Login" and it gives me an error message saying "We couldn't find a free wow process to attach. Please make certain your toon is standing in game world and you are running the latest version of honorbuddy." Then closes if I click on anything.
Any help?
