Honorbuddy gets an error when starting it!

Hey!
My friend got a problem soo he asked me if i could make a post.
As the titel says when he starts the bot he get an honorbuddy error directly.
It says Logging in... then he get the error. Dont rly know what the problem is myself tried to help him but nothing worked.
