Honorbuddy Gatherbuddy up or not ?

Ive been looking the forums and ive seen the post on start page about 4.0.1 downtime but there is still threads with people talking about their bots and their problems so i wonder, are the bots down or not ? if not where can i find the up-to-date copies :S ? ive tried with the ones ive found.
