Honorbuddy failing after one BG

So unfortunately the problems I've been having with honorbuddy since day 2 (day 1 was perfect) are still occuring, I've been asked to try CLU before instead of singular which didn't work (it wouldn't even load rly...) so I downloaded a fresh honorbuddy and did all the steps again and still... after one bg honorbuddy is asking me to log in again.

Here is the only log file from the fresh install.

EDIT: Not really a fan of paying for something that isn't working, really wanting a mod who can help me find out why it's screwing up so much for me or a way to get my money back if this can't be fixed....

add an exception on your firewall and your antivirus for Hb

are you on a wireless network?
 
Thanks for the reply Tony, I'll give that a try. Also yes I am on a wireless network.
 
I'm just starting HB now, to test if these things have worked although I'm not 100% sure I did them right. In the other thread you asked me to open up port 5031 or 5013 (don't remember but I know I added the right one), I've never opened ports before on my router, it's the same as port forwarding yea?

Also I use Avast antivirus, not windows firewall. I added an "exclusion" to where my HB file is. Hopefully that's good enough.

Yea it is the same as port forwarding.
 
Yea HB BGbuddy has been running for over an hour now and completed several bg's and hasn't been signed out yet so i think it's working! Thanks Tony and bambam. Appreciate the help.

Better dont use bgbuddy for now... BLiz is searching for bots there...
