Honorbuddy error

I keep getting this error over and over, I have restarted and installed the latest version of .net and ran as admin and still nothing. Does anyone have any ideas?

is this specific version of net
Download Details - Microsoft Download Center - .NET Framework 3.5 Service pack 1
installed on your machine?

I just downloaded .net 4.0, is that good?
