Honorbuddy error .. will not open at all.

Honorbuddy will not open at all as soon as i click the icon to start it up i just recieve a error. My netframework is up to date. Windows is up to date. It works on my other computer but not on mine.

in short just can't even open it at all

use the cleanup tool from this thread

and then reinstall net framework
