Honorbuddy error please help

We couldn't find a free WoW process to attach. Please make certain your toon is standing in game world and you are running latest version of Honorbuddy.

I am running version 3.0.17264
My toon is in game.
I am running 32 it.
I have graphics api set to directx 9
I ran honorbuddy as admin.
My wow is windowed.
I uninstalled and reinstalled many times.
I have downloaded the following
Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x86)
Microsoft .NET Framework 4 (Web Installer)

i still get the error after doing everything correct, any help, any suggestions, please reply ASAP
