Didn't work. Used the Installer. Uninstalled and deleted all the rest of the associated files. Still the same error.

you log file states thats not a new instalaltion

I just installed it and even in a new location. Should I try and pull the zip instead?

Nevermind. I took my own advice and pulled the zip. Seems to be working fine. Thanks for the help.
