Honorbuddy Error after 5.4

Hi, I tried to install the Test Release of Honorbuddy, but appearently I get this error..

That error translates to: THIS INSTALLATION IS FORBIDDEN BY SYSTEM POLICY. CONTACT
YOUR SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR

I've already installed the Microsoft Visual C++



SOLUTION!!!!!!!!!!! : Download the ZIP instead!

I always use the zip personally.
Are you installing it on your personal computer and are you an administrator on it?

Yes it's my personal computer, and I'm admin! All I had to do, was to download the ZIP instead..

Wierd. Did you try right clicking the install and telling it to run as administrator?
I know you got it working but tech issues always interest me lol

Yeah I ran it as admin, I restarted my computer, I downloaded the HB files again, I even reinstalled the Microsoft Visual C++, but it wouldn't give me permission..
