then its says Compiler Error: c: \ Users \ max \ AppData \ Local \ Temp \ Rar $ EXa0.887 \ Routines \ Singular \ SingularRoutine.cs (17.16): error CS0234: The type or namespace name 'GUI' does not exist in the namespace 'Singular '(missing a reference to an assembly?)

Good morning TonY where is the GUI folder im having the same problem

Ok, I did some basic troubleshooting it seems to work if you delete all your HB folder and download the new one from the website but if you try to use the update tool it causes errors try that its worked for me.
