In the Support forum, please open your own thread, rather than piggybacking on someone else's. We've already extended the courtesy of splitting your post into its own thread this time.

Everytime a new update for a profile pack or honorbuddy is released honorbuddy doesnt update.
I have to reinstall it every time. Thats so annoying! I dont know what to do, i have no firewall activated, no internet problems.

Let's do a 'clean install' as described here:

Honorbuddy:HelpDesk:"Clean installing" Honorbuddy​

As stated in the article, for the clean install it is important that:

• The 'installer', not the zip file, is used to perform the installation.
  You will need to run the installer with Windows administrator privileges. The installer is available here:
  
  Buddy Downloads​
• You copy nothing from a previous Honorbuddy installation
• You do not install any third-party products
• You disable the streaming of all content from the Buddy Store

We'll need to leave it in this configuration, until we get the problem figured out.
