Honorbuddy does not work on my main pc.

Alright so... Honorbuddy works lovely on my laptop with no problems whatsoever but for some reason I get alot of issues trying to get it to work on my main pc. My main pc is windows 7 64 bit with pretty heavy specs and my laptop is a windows 8 64bit with low specs.

The problem I am currently getting is when I try to use Singular and TuanHA Druid on a target dummy which works completely fine on my laptop, but on my pc it just simply wont use any abilities. Here's the error I assume its about, but I will also upload the entire log:

try changing wow to dx9 mode. you can do this via your wow graphic options.

Wow! This actually worked, I doubted it would change anything since I run it on dx11 on my laptop. Is there any reason why it needs to be dx9?
