Honorbuddy does not start and closes immediately

Dear Honorbuddy Team,

i was using honorbuddy previous version without any problem.
but i installed new version of honorbudy it doesn't work now .i read all the forum topics. .net framework installed the other settings are seems to be ok. ( windowed , directx etc. )

make a fresh installation from scratch and use dx9 instead

remove:

- microsoft visual c++ 2005-2015 x86 redistributable



restart your pc,
install https://www.thebuddyforum.com/BuddyWizard.exe
restart

I removed all x86 also x64 restart pc and install with honorbuddywizartd.exe but still same closes and still same log file.

any of the programs listed here BosslandGmbH:HelpDeskrograms that Interfere with BosslandGmbH Products - The Buddy Wiki installed?

still same.. i removed all add-ons and check antiviruses programs still shut down when press the login button.
i could play the previous version of honorbudy.
