Honorbuddy disappears on start up?

when i load up honorbuddy the window pops up for a second and then disappears, it still shows on the bottom of my task bar but it just is nowhere to be found, i tried to even reinstall honorbuddy and i cant do that for some reason and get 0x80070490 - element not found errorView attachment new 1.txt

Same problem, tried reinstalling, deleting settings and cache, nothing worked.

Have you got any programs such as Fraps/Amd Gaming evolved/ HWinfo running?

If so try disabling them
