Honorbuddy Crashing on Startup

Hi,

I am having an issue with Honorbuddy where when I try to start up I receive an error that Honorbuddy has stopped responding and requires that I close down the application. I cannot enter my key into Honorbuddy either as it crashes before I can do so. I have made sure I have all of the dependancies by running the wizard and I have attached the log. I just don't know what to do, I have tried everything!

Here is another log, the information it produces is not great as it crashes before it can do anything.

you made the installation via the installer or the zip file?

I have installed Honorbuddy with the installer on the website. I have also used the tool to install the dependencies. I am currently using Windows 7 Pro N.

Yes, fully up to date OS. No idea what the problem might be...

remove:

- microsoft visual c++ 2005-2015 x86 redistributable



restart your pc,
download the installationwizard http://updates.buddyauth.com/BuddyWizard.zip
run them as administrator.
after wizard installation is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart

run the installer and give it a try plz

I followed your instructions but I still got the same error. I have since installed Windows 10 Pro and it works like a charm. Thank you for the advise Tony.
