Honorbuddy crashing but then loads and doesnt work.

I have done a system wipe and installed windows 8.1 yesterday i have redownloaed WoW and honorbuddy
When i open HB to go to WoW it says "Honorbuddy Launcer has stopped working" : A problem caused the program to stop working correctly Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available
It then still opens the WoW and also the honorbuddy Login when i am ingame i press login and it just says this on the HB screen

Go to Programs and Features, in your windows Control panel.
Look for:
- microsoft .net framework 4 client profile
- microsoft .net framework 4 extended
- microsoft .net framework 4.5.x
- microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable
- microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable


and Uninstall them if they are installed.
Restart your PC.

Download Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5.1 (Web Installer) for Windows Vista SP2, Windows 7 SP1, Windows 8, Windows Server 2008 SP2 Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 and Windows Server 2012 from Official Microsoft Download Center


run both as administrator.
after the both installs are completed, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
Then do one last restart.

Did as instructed, still doing the exact same thing. Doing that now has made a .dsll file been removed wasnt doing that until the buddywizard was downloaded. What do i do now?
