Honorbuddy Closing Automatically after when attempting to log in

Everytime i launch honorbuddy as of this morning it simply closes down. Its not creating an error log either for me to attach. I tried re-installing honorbuddy through installer and even tried downloading ziped version and nothing. here is what i see in my event viewer, please help

It wont even let me unintstall or repair at this time either

Okay it seems to only be one specific character that causes hb to close down - how can i delete its files for the character so HB can re-build them?
 
Can you confirm were this folder lives? Do i have to clear out all my character settings? I hope not, i have 11 toons with settings and this is the only 1 thats not working :(
 
Found the individual character settings, deleted it and im back in business. Question - when i uninstalled and re-installed it gave me errors - i than had to download the zipped file however honorbuddy is still in my programs however i cant uninstall - i rather install the package so it shows in my programs/features. is their a way i can remove it and re-install properly vs. using the zip?
 
dont use the installers. they obviously arent working for you, so use the zip files instead.
