Let's do a 'clean install' as described here:
Until we get the problem resolved, it is important that:
- You install no additional third-party elements
- You copy nothing from a previous Honorbuddy installation
- You disable ALL of the products that are being streamed from the Buddy Store:
If no joy, please show us a fresh log from the clean install.
