Honorbuddy cant start

hi,i used bot 5+ months and works perfectly until last week when i make a break 7days and now i try to start again but i cant run honorbuddy only got message :the service cannot be started,either because it is disabled or because it has no enabled devices associated with it:
but i didnt change anything on my pc, he is turned off for the last 7 days.... ??


i found this new program on my pc, Yet Another Cleaner, and i enabled him and now bot works fine,is that cleaner yours or what......
