Ever since you made the "new"version, all is bugged like hell.

First we had problems with parts of it not working, now its the whole program thats being a total douchebag.

Loading up, as administrator on windows 7 tells me, wow is not attached, or wow is attached on wrong id ( 0 ) or... not even loading at all and telling me: "HI ! error, fu and load up the error"

At least i hope you are working on the errors, that are uploaded... cause otherwise, theres no use at all...

Letting the bot run for hours now , is impossible, since theres random errors, and all i can do is load the error up to you cause theres no report to be seen anywhere.

Seriously getting fed up with this, you should have made it better, not worse...

Go make another rift bot... that should do the trick !

1) the release version (4620) works fine
2) if you're referring to the TEST version (4896) (which i assume you are)...

Then you must:

Thoroughly explain the problem w/o being a smart alic
Give valid issues
attach logs and pictures as needed

I'm not having your issues and it runs fine - so it must be a user issue... and if you want assistance - let us help you help us

TEST builds are (should be) clearly identified as such, TEST builds. If you have a problem with a TEST build then I suggest you continue using the most recent STABLE release.

the way devs are able to release "stable" builds is by testing them, and because they are not able to test them on every single platform and installation type out there they have to release a test version, this is the best way to get a stable version to the community due to all of the user/character/environment variables as well. Devs are unable to test every single action out there in the time frame that we as customers expect, they hold up their end of the bargain by making sure that we do have a stable version to work with while they experiment, which i have no qua-ms with simply because having a stable version and a test version means i can screw around with all the experimental jazz on one account while the other 5 farm away :D Patience

Can i copy the archbuddy folder from the newest version (because there is neknami fixed) in the 4620 releas?

it's possible since it's only a .dll - but some of the 'references' might be changed

that means?

for the non coding user:

sometimes peoples phone #'s change and you have to call the new #

this happens with code sometimes - and it's called a 'reference'. so... sometimes the new ab's have to call different telephone #'s when it works

does that make sense?

No you can't. You need to use the exact HB version that ArchaeologyBuddy.dll is built with. Once the version of HB changes, older dll's will fail loading up.

Also, AB is now shipped within the core, that means trying to force HB to load AB via a dll will cause namespace conflicts.

^^ technical jibberish :p
