Honorbuddy attempted to perform an operation not allowed error

I have taken a screenshot of the error and uploaded it to image shack. the links are:

the first some says to change some permissions in microsoft.net framework but i dont know how to do that can someone please explain? and incase someone asks, i did run this as admin
