No unfortunately it can't. That would be way too advanced and the other person would be a little suspicious, unless it was a family member or you was multi-botting.
You wouldn't probably win any arenas, unless you was vsing a brand new level 85 with no gear, or if they spent days and days and days and perfected the code it could be possible, but I do not think you could do it with a random person.
