Is there a template or starting place for making a plugin?

The documentation for HB API is available here, but may be slightly out of date...

Instead of the offline dox, most people use the Honorbuddy.exe executable as a 'Resource' in Visual Studio Express for up-to-date documentation. The process for hooking this up is the same as described in CodenameG's guide for Custom Class development. Available here...

Sorry for missing that Highvoltz! There's a lot of things that should be stickied that aren't. I've a much easier time locating things in the Wiki (which is missing this kind of information), than I do in the forum.
