Honorbuddy 1.9.6.3 unable to launch

I'm not sure what caused this but after looking around I'm also not sure how to fix it.
Honor Buddy was running fine and then yesterday just refused to launch.
I've sense un/reinstalled it about 10 times.
Un/reinstalled .net framework 4 about 10 times.
Reinstalled Windows.
Nothing seems to work.
When I try to launch the app I get the following error message:
The type initializer for "Styx.Logic.BehaviorTree.TreeRoot" threw and exception.
GatherBuddy works fine, it's just HonorBuddy.

Any help would be most appreciated.

Are you sure that your Net framework is 3.5sp1 version?
try 3.5 sp1 not 4
