any can help me... cant Authentication my login in HB

Try a password reset at shop.buddymaster.com
That site uses the same username/pass as HB login.
That's for the older users.

Also, could you attach the log it makes? It should say why it's failing. It'll say max sessions/invalid details/etc...
So please attach.

looks like something is blocking your Hb

add an Hb exception on your antivirus and your firewall

Hello, good already uninstalled my anti-virus (Avast) and have already disabled all Windows administrator, yet still the same thing .. what should I do??

as i told you on Live Support,something is blocking your Hb
you are on a 3g wireless connection and i cant help you..you saw that i couldnt even connect via teamviewer on your pc

Well I think I'll have to wait a new update q .. that apparently the problem is not being on my computer ... I'm getting me connect with the site, my GB is functioning normally, only the HB with this problem of authentication ... If you have to make any changes to my account (something that can do the authentication work) will be expected ..
