Honor points on lvl 90

Is there a possibility to get honor points on lvl 90? Battlegames dont start, i think there are not enough player. You have an idea to get the points?

remove isle from your random bg list
(press H, press the dices on top right corner, and exclude isle of conquest) its a wow bug

and if you need more players, just starts your 10 day wod trial, and you will be placed in 91-99 groups (even if you are lvl 90) and in the bg your gear etc will be boosted big time. (but again exclude isle from random bgs)
