Honor Buddy Won't Load Profile From File

Hey I am loading GatherBuddy and hten I am dropping down on the Load Profile Menu to the "Load from File Option"
But nothing happens, it doesn't open a browse box or anything to allow me to select the profile I would like to run.

Any suggestions? It worked the very first time I loaded a profile and now it won't let me load others.

remove:
- microsoft .net framework 4 client profile
- microsoft .net framework 4 extended
- microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable
- microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable


restart your pc,
download the installationwizard from https://www.thebuddyforum.com/BuddyWizard.exe
run it as administrator.
after the wizard is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart
