Honor buddy won't launch

Hello i'm new here when i launch honorbuddy it's write that honorbuddy stopped worked but still here and after this it's write.
"We couldn't find a free WoW process to attach. Please make certain your toon is standing in game world and you are running latest version of Honorbuddy."

i already tried to delete settings file

That happens when you do not have wow open at the same time (you have to be in game) or it can be that your HB isnt updated for the current wow patch if it has been awhile since you last botted.
