Honor buddy wont attach to wow

Good morning!
I open honor buddy as admin like I normally do. When I am in game and try to log in I get an error message saying
" We couldn't find a free WoW process to attach. Please make certain your toon is standing in game world and you are running latest version of Honorbuddy."

I just downloaded it today am I missing something???
