Honor buddy stuck on checking for buddy store

updated my Honorbuddy now stuck in checking the buddy store, i did a search and followed this guide Honorbuddy:HelpDesk:Cache corruption problems - The Buddy Wiki also have restarted no firewall no anti virus still stuck on connection and im stumped windows 10
