Honor Buddy stuck at "Checking for buddy store products"

Title says it all, just tried a fresh install and still getting the same thing, log is below

Disable streaming of the Product "theTramper_whispery" in the buddystore and it should work again.

It's a 3rd Party program, we have no influence on this.
Please report the issue including a logfile in the authors support thread which is linked in the buddystore product description.
This way the author has a chance to work on it and release an update or at least comment the problem.
