Honor-buddy (relative) safety

Hey there, after those 2 ban waves there seem to be a breach in the honorbuddy defence, as if blizzard detects in easily.

Before some moron tells me "botting is never safe, dont bot on acfoutn you care about" - it used to be safe, with a risk, now it seems insta ban.

is Any one here bots for their own achivements (not gold) and stayed ban-free for couple of months now?

The bot is as safe as always; follow solid practices and you'll be fine.

botting is never safe, that goes for ALL bots both 32/64 bit

I've been botting on and off for around a year now, and I've never been banned nor gotten a warning. I've done sensible botting on mostly self-made (although public) profiles, and not botted 24-hours in a row etc. Never been an issue

with the exception of Program/injection detection (of which you can not do anything about).. Botting for what you intended is very safe (as safe as botting can be)

off cause you have do deal with the small chance of player reports- but that's about it..

Your player reports will be low, and your blizzard flags will be non existent.


As long as you know if HB gets detected again- it wont matter what you are doing.. you could be a 24/7 gold farmer or someone that used the bot for 2mins... if your online during the detection you will get banned/suspended.

I've leveled 5 toons to 100 in the last 5 weeks and (knock on wood) haven't been banned. You just have to be smart about it..... I got caught up in the May 2015 wave and haven't had an issue since.

My main got banned for 6 months then got banned for 18 months and now I'm using a different license which happens to be on the same account which I also use HB on but now I only bot for like 3-4 hours max for gathering per day while also monitoring its progress. Whatever happens happens
