Honor buddy not working/logging in

cannot log in, error saying not up to date but i updated and reinstalled

Tried again and got this error...

We couldn't find a free WoW process to attach. Please make certain your toon is standing in game world and you are running latest version of Honorbuddy.

Wow Needs to update. I opened my battle.net and it downloaded a tiny wow update and now it works again.
