Honor Buddy loads and attaches to WoW - now does nothing after update

Honorbuddy v2.5.9468.722 started.

This is all I get when I load HB now. I updated to the most recent HB that has the fix for archaeology, and now it just loads and does nothing. What am I doing wrong?

Please help!
 
try changing wow to dx9 mode you can do that in your wow graphic settings.

I tried that, but it still doesn't load any profiles or anything else. I'm not sure if I need to re-download HB, or if maybe I have done something wrong when I updated... I'm not sure.
 
I can see where the DX11 may have been a problem, but I corrected that. Now I'm getting almost the same thing, except:

Attaching to D3D9 is clearly correct now, since it is no longer D11. However, it is still not loading any profiles or anything else. It just stops at that message. Should I try to uninstall, then re-install? I'm kind of at a loss for what to do now.

Sorry CodenameG, I'm really new at this. I found the above log in my log folder, but please just treat me like someone who knows almost nothing about HB. I've only been using it for a few days. When you say upload a new log, how do I do that?
 
Okay, I think I'm getting the hang of this. Here are my two most recent attempts at logging into HonorBuddy.

Please let me know if there is anything else you need, or anything I can do to fix this.

delete your settings folder and you should be good to go.
