Honor Buddy Has Stopped Working

So i've paid for everything. I have wow on the correct settings. For some reason or another when i try to log in i get this...

Cant even send the Error message lol says too many have been sent for this program
How do i fix it? :/

Is wow/hb/Windows as admin?

net framework 3.5 sp1 installed?

install all you OS updates.

Or try reinstalling HB. Delete all old files.

I imagine the reply will be a few of the following:

Post a log.
If you haven't restarted your computer post initial installation, do so now.
Make sure Windows is fully updated to the pre-determined information (found here)

Thanks all for the ridiculously speedy response. @ Kickazz. I did actually check that guide before i posted in the forum i dont like to waste anyones time. Deleting all the old files and reinstall did the trick thanks again

all Hb files must be under the same folder and dont use any shortcuts for Hb exe
