Honor Buddy has started to cause my game to run at low fps?

I have ran honor buddy for a few months now. My computer has no issues with any games until I started using HB the other day. It runs at about 15 fps. I have a i5 4690k cpu with 16gb of ram. My computer can handle everything fine so not sure what is going on. Let me know if you need a log or something.
