Honor buddy has encountered a problem!!!!

Yes i have searched the forum and i found a "possible solution" to re download net frame work first of all it is already downloaded because i try to download it again and it says a later version is already installed i am running windows 8 and no matter what i do i cant seem to get honor buddy to work i just freshly downloaded it on this computer and every time i try to open it, it says "honorbuddy exe has enonterted a problem and needs to close it doesnt seem to work does anyone have a soltution for this???
