Honor Buddy Critial Error

After downloading Honor Buddy and paying for a one day activation I received the key to my registered mail. The key worked successfully when entered into the login screen however it then immediately crashed and came up with an error window asking if I wanted to send the error report. I click send report and even this wouldn't work. After opting for 'don't send' (the only other option) a new window came up saying that Honor Buddy has stopped working and I only had the option to close it.

Call me stupid but I thought maybe it was a one off, so I purchased another 1 day sub and went through the same process again. Low and behold another error message and another fail. HELP

Have you found the solution yet? cause i've got the same problem only i've both premium set for 24.98 and it can't figure out how to set it up because it keeps saying 'error occurd'....

I have found the solution now yes

A guildie explained to me some of the things that can make it crash like that and it turns out that I had to set WoW to both Windowed mode and change the system settings from DirectX11 to DirectX9 and it worked fine for me

also all WoW addons must be disabled and also clear your wow cache
