Honor buddy crashes after I log on to it?

Just bought honor buddy and that, installed it. logged on to my WoW char, then when i logged onto
honor buddy I get this error

which causes honor buddy to close.
 
most common problems:

not running wow in windowed mode
not running d3d9 (read first post of official hb thread with big red text)
not having .net 3.5 sp1 installed (or turn on)
not running GB / HB .exe as admin (right click --> run as admin)
not whitelisted in anti-virus

Hey thanks for replying i ran wow in windowed mode and i have net 3.51
not running d3d9 - im not sure that i have this, can you link me to the thread please? Because i went to the honor buddy forum but i dont see anything with big red text

^^ that looks like the same code from when GB isn't being ran as admin

Are you 100% sure that you're right clicking HB.exe and running as administrator?
 
I only have one user profile on my windows and thats me, the admin.

using admin acct doesn't mean that the program is being ran as admin -- are you right clicking it and running it as admin?

Ah when i do that and click the admin, it wants a password which i dont know =[

How do I disable password? Because for the computer admin profile i use which is the only one, i didnt put a password. so its the first time im seeing this administrator account lol when i right click.

Yes it says i have d3d9 when i paste it into the wow chat, and i am running it in full screen windowed mode.

Hey dude it says i have net framework 3.5, isit supposed to say service pack 1 next to it?
