Honor Buddy Crash

While trying to start honor buddy today it crashes with the only error being "Root Element Missing". Any idea as to what could be wrong?

Please note my computer just updated last night and i have checked firewall settings, running in admin etc.

I tried to Re-install Honor buddy to see if that may have been the problem. I'm honestly stumped
