Honor Buddy closing with no error message, different from what I have read

I have read and tried all I have found on previous posts. changed to DX9, ran the Honorbuddy repair, and even uninstalled and reinstalled Honorbuddy, still closing with no error message.

*fix* another install and computer reset fixed issue
