Honor buddy Closes WoW on start up?

Hello,

So When im clicking start every thing seems fine but then wow closes (not Crashes) just closes, Please see attached Log i have done a fresh reinstall, im running dx9

make sure your not running any applications that can interfere with wow and honorbuddy.
